Recipe of the Week- Almond Bars


Crust

1 cup butter

2 cups flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Filling

1 8 oz. cream cheese

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp almond extract

Frosting

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 T. milk (or more if needed)

1 tsp. almond extract


Combine crust and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350

Combine filling and pour over baked crust for 15-20 minutes

Combine frosting and spread over cooled bars
